• The living room features a comfortable chair, a futon (that opens as a bed for a child or another couple), a small TV, a VCR and a wood stove

• The custom-tiled kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave and stacked washer/dryer

Other Conditions

• Cleaning fee: $75.00 CAD per stay during High Season, and $60.00 CAD during Shoulder and Low Seasons. Please note that stays longer than 7 nights may require additional cleaning services at the seasonal rates mentioned above, per cleaning

• Children are welcome (Please ensure that children are supervised at all times). With the ocean so close, care must always be taken to keep small children safe
• Please note that as the cabin is on the beach it can be unsafe during winter storm season (December-January). If an unexpected storm comes up during guest residency, guests may be relocated to a safer property
