Bedrooms & Baths

• Seabright has a total of five bedrooms and four baths
• The master bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds are located on the main floor
• Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and two with queen-sized beds
• There is one bathroom on each level of the house and an en suite bathroom for the master bedroom

• The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a sitting area and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub
• It also features views of the ocean from south facing window

• The upstairs bedroom with the king-sized bed also has a private deck, as well as a sitting area and a sink

• There is a four-piece bathroom on the main floor with a shower stall

• A second bedroom on the main floor has twin beds

• The three bedrooms upstairs share one large four-piece bathroom

Living Room

• The living room features two comfortable parallel couches beside the wood-burning fireplace that make for a cozy conversation area
• Quality First Nations art decorate the space and add to the West Coast ambiance

• The room opens to the formal dining room as well as the gracious foyer

Kitchen & Dining Area

• The open kitchen features an island with a Jenn-Air grill
• The kitchen includes a family-sized fridge, dishwasher, wall oven, and microwave.
• There are plenty of cupboards well stocked with china and glassware for 10

• The kitchen opens on one side to the formal dining room and on the other to a more casual eating area
• There are also two solariums, one off the casual eating area, perfect for morning coffee and one off the family room, perfect for afternoon tea

Family Rooms

• Seabright has two family rooms, one on the main floor open to the casual eating area and one on the garden level
• Both have TVs and the garden level room also features a ping pong table
• There is a satellite receiver and a DVD player

• Both family areas have comfortable seating around wood stoves
• There is a fourth bathroom on the garden level
