Bedrooms & Baths
- Orca Pass has 4 bedrooms (one with a king-sized bed, two with queen-sized beds, and one with a pair of twin beds)
- All of the furniture is new
- The quality linens are plentiful, with a choice of synthetic or down-filled pillows
- The master suite on the main floor offers a king-sized bed, an en suite bath with two-person shower, a television with satellite reception, and access to a private deck

- The second bedroom on the main floor features a queen-sized bed and easy access to the main floor bathroom

- Downstairs on the garden level, enjoy the quiet of the second master bedroom with its uniquely modern canopied bed and spectacular ocean views through the large picture window, plus easy access to the hot tub

- A fourth bedroom, also on the garden level, provides a getaway for the younger generation, with two twin beds, a flat screen TV with satellite and DVD, great views of the ocean and easy access to the hot tub and sun deck

- There are three full bathrooms, all with granite countertops, including the master en suite, plus a main floor bath with a large soaker tub unit with head rest and shower
- The bathroom on the garden level provides two sinks plus a shower with a large “rain-style” showerhead and additional hand-held shower massager

Living Room
- Tall, six-foot wide windows look out on the ever-changing views of ocean and mountains
- Sunlight streams in, warming the bamboo floors and illuminating the native artwork
- After dark, the focus of the room changes, centering on the gas fireplace, silver sconces and modern art

- The living room is newly furnished with black leather couches and chairs, arranged to feature the fireplace and enhance conversation

Kitchen & Dining Area
- Guests rave about the well-stocked compact kitchen. Three stools adjacent to the granite bar are perfect for casual snacks and conversations with the family cook
- There is a small television above the kitchen desk
- Just beside the kitchen a rosewood table seating eight provides for more formal dining
- The easy access to the kitchen makes clean-up easy

- From the dining room, move out onto the upper deck to enjoy dessert and coffee as the sun goes down
- Again, the kitchen is completely stocked with quality cookware, china, cutlery and glassware
- The flow from the kitchen through the dining area and to the outside deck and back makes entertaining simple and enjoyable

Family Room
- The family room on the garden level allows everyone to get together an enjoy a movie on the large, flat panel, satellite HDTV plus DVD
- A card table expands this area for use with the many games and puzzles stocked for your enjoyment
- The garden level also provides two cozy reading nooks: one under the stairs and one in the hallway leading into the family room
- To fully enjoy the amenities, there is also a DVD library, a hardback library filled with vacation reading and guide books, plus a paperback book exchange collection

Special Features
- A huge deck surrounds the hot tub, giving unrestricted views of the ocean, the Olympic Mountains, while the surrounding trees and gardens provide privacy
- It is the perfect spot from which to watch a passing pod of resident Orca
- Viewing is also excellent from the comfort of the upper deck off the living room
- A raised-bed berry and rose garden is being created so guests can enjoy picking their own raspberries, native blackberries, strawberries and blueberries
- There is a small herb garden as well as mature rhododendrons, climbing roses and evergreens
- A small stream flows through the property
- House is completely renovated and the furniture is new
- Every room has one or more pieces artwork from British Columbia native and other BC artists
- Four flat panel TV sets, three with DVD's
