Bedrooms & Baths

• Harbour Side House has four bedrooms (all furnished with high quality linens) and three full bathrooms all with tubs and showers
• The main floor has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds

• The master bedroom has the ocean view and a comfortable window seat, sheltered by a large, producing apple tree

• Bedrooms are separated by two, side-by-side bathrooms, giving each bedroom its own bathroom and allowing for maximum privacy between the bedrooms

• The second bedroom looks out to the front garden

• There are two more bedrooms on the lower level, one with a queen-sized bed that looks out to the magnificent view and one with twin beds

Living Room

• Comfortable furniture is arranged to take advantage of the view, the gas fireplace and the TV

• Hardwood floors, area rugs, artwork, curios and nautical touches create a home-like atmosphere

• The open plan of the main floor encourages an easy flow of people from the front entry, through the living room to the dining area, the outside deck, back to the kitchen and on to the study

Kitchen & Dining Area

• If you like to cook on your holiday, the centrally located kitchen at Harbour Side House is a dream with its gas range, full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and decorative serving pieces
• The open plan of the main floor ensures that the cook is never isolated from the view, the fireplace and the ongoing activities in the house

• The kitchen has a lunch counter that seats four and it opens to the dining area with an attractive wooden table and chairs for six
• A door from the dining area opens onto the view deck, the barbeque and the hot tub

• The other side of the kitchen opens to a study area with a built-in desk and a computer with high-speed internet connection
• A large laundry room furnished with a washer and dryer is just beyond the study. A side door from the laundry room open to the dog-run

Recreation Room

• On the lower level of the house there is a cozy recreation room complete with harbour views, leather furniture, another gas fireplace, a large screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo and a pool table

** Weekly (7 nights for the price of 6) and Monthly rates are available
** Major holidays which fall during the Shoulder Season will be charged at High Season rates
** Special rates are available for seniors during the Low Season
** Children under the age of 10 are welcome free of charge
