• There are two bedrooms and one bath on the main floor
• A second "beach bathroom" is located downstairs adjacent to the entrance from the lower deck
• The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed
• There is a 26" flat screen television in the main bedroom

• The luxurious hall bath offers a spacious two-person shower
• A double murphy bed pulls down from the wall in the study to convert this room into a second bedroom

• The space is bright with large view windows
• Comfortable furniture with Chinese accents

• The main sofa converts to a double bed

• Gas fireplace (not used in the summer months)

Kitchen & Dining Area

• The kitchen is the centre of the house and has views of the beach
• All major appliances are included as well as a dishwasher

• There is a separate dining room and with a beautiful wooden table and four chairs
• The dining room opens to the well-furnished sunroom, which is an ideal spot for after dinner coffee

Family Room & Sunroom

• The family room opens to an outside deck and from the deck to a separate sunroom giving individual family members places for solitude

• All of the areas have unobstructed views of the beach
• There is original art and comfortable furniture
