Bedrooms & Baths
- Arbutus Shores has four bedrooms, two on the garden level and two on the main level
- There is also a bathroom on each floor
- All the bedrooms have comfortable beds, quality linens, and are furnished with original art and delightful touches of whimsy

- The master bedroom is on the garden level
- It is a huge room that includes a queen-sized bed, a fireplace and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub
- The windows look out to the cove and there is an outside door for easy and private access to the hot tub

- The other bedroom on the garden level has twin beds and views to the cove.

- Upstairs on the main floor there are two bedrooms
- This bedroom features a queen-sized bed at the front of the house with a bay window that overlooks the cove

- It is just off the kitchen, and has a pair of French doors separating it from the rest of the house

- The views of Cooper's Cove from this room are panoramic

Great Room
- The Great Room is a large, attractive space dominated by a stone fireplace on the end wall
- A wooden ceiling and windows that give expansive views of the ocean make it especially inviting

- The room is furnished with comfortable leather furniture and an antique armoire that contains a television
- The living room flows into a formal dining area that is within easy reach of the kitchen
- The dining area features an oak and glass table, with chairs that have an Asian design

- A beautifully painted screen and a stone Buddha complete the Asian theme of the dining area
- The Great Room also has a sliding door to the balcony and outdoor furniture for sitting or alfresco dining

Kitchen & Dining Area
- The kitchen is centrally located on the main floor of the house and has everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay
- The kitchen features a double sink, a dishwasher, an electric stove/oven, a family-sized fridge and a gourmet selection of small appliances and kitchen gadgets
- There is plenty of counter space for people to work co-operatively and a pantry for easy storage of all your treats

- A raised bar with stools divides the work area from the more casual dining area
- One side of this dining area faces the water and has good views of the cove
- On the other side of the area there is a gas fireplace
- Near the work area of the kitchen, there is an antique painted cupboard that stores an attractive assortment of table linens

** Two night minimum booking during Low and Shoulder Seasons, three night minimum during High Season
** Major holidays that fall in low season and shoulder season will be charged at shoulder season and high season rates (respectively). The winter holiday season is Dec 18 through Jan 1.
** Weekly (10% off lodging cost before taxes) and Monthly rates are available
** Under certain conditions, we may allow the number of registered guests to exceed the number of available beds, at a cost of $20.00 CAD per guest, per night. There is no additional charge for children under the age of 10.

- Cleaning fee: $250.00 CAD per stay during High Season, and $200.00 CAD during Shoulder and Low Seasons. Please note that stays longer than 7 nights may require additional cleaning services at the seasonal rates mentioned above, per cleaning
