Bedrooms & Baths

• The cottage has three bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds and one with bunkbeds
• The master bedroom is extremely private with its own access to the second floor bathroom and windows overlooking the back garden

• The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a window that overlooks the water view

• The third bedroom has bunk beds and the window overlooks the back garden

• There is a full bathroom with tub and shower on both the main and second floors

Living Room

• The large living room features a TV viewing area and a conversation pit around the fireplace
• While the children watch a movie, parents can chat around the fireplace or sit in the hot tub on the outside deck

• The furniture is comfortable with lots of cushions, a leather sofa and cozy chairs to curl up in while reading a book

• The living room opens to the dining area and French doors open to the huge view deck with its patio furniture, barbeque and hot tub
• Light streams into the room from the view deck windows, the windows looking out to the back garden and the cloister windows above

Kitchen & Dining Area

• The bright kitchen overlooks the deck and the view
• It is ready for the discerning gourmet cook with its ceiling rack of pots and pans and a portable island

• The kitchen is fully equipped with a family-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave
• It also includes a breakfast area and table for four

• The kitchen opens to a more formal dining area with a large wooden table, chairs and china cabinet
• French doors lead from the dining area to the outside view deck with its patio furniture, the barbeque and the hot tub

** Three night minimum booking is required
** Weekly (7 nights for the price of 6) and Monthly rates are available
** Major holidays that fall in low season and shoulder season will be charged at shoulder season and high season rates (respectively). The winter holiday season is Dec 18 through Jan 1.
** Under certain conditions, we may allow the number of registered guests to exceed the number of available beds, at a cost of $20.00 CAD per guest, per night. There is no additional charge for children under the age of 10.
